3、What should I do if I forget to use the discount code?

Once the order is completed, we will not issue any refunds due to the discount code. However, we recommend that you cancel the order within 24 hours. Since the item will not leave the warehouse within 24 hours, canceling the order is free. After canceling the order, you can purchase again and use the discount code.

5、How do I cancel my order?

A: We can only process cancellations for items that are not yet in production. Please email us at ( service@fintiso.com ) with your order details.

We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has begun.

7、What is the status of my order?

If your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a second email with your tracking information.
The most up-to-date information about your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email.
If you have not received the order status update emails, please check your spam folder or "promotions" tab in case they have been redirected there.

8、How to return goods?

You can return the product for free within 30 days of receipt, but you must ensure that the product meets the return conditions. We do not charge return shipping fees, but for returns that are not related to the quality of the product, you must pay return shipping fees. We will provide you with a return address. The shipping costs for returning the goods depend on the logistics service provider you have chosen.

9、How long does it take for my product to be shipped?
